  We used Carolina Cool for 5 years for maintenance and we were happy with their work. A couple weeks ago they found a problem and suggested that we replace one of our 2 units. We got them to give us an estimate and we planned on using them. The estimate was useless - it was a computer generated web page. There were two units, so there were two web pages to look at. It was not clear how much it would cost for our job. I replied to their email immediately, but got no reply, so I called. They said Sam would call me. He never did. Then two weeks later I got the same email telling me the proposal. I replied to the email. No reply. Then after one month another of the same emails with proposal. I replied and then sent an email to the customer service. Well then Sam was going to call me again - never happened. I got Carolina Comfort Systems instead. Best thing I ever did! I can't stand being lied to by someone in trying to do business with.
