  Just my personal opinion based on my experiences. They have a rather good selection on yard equipment (mowers, chainsaws and the like.) However, their reputation among professionals is lacking. My experience is that they are not the friendliest people to deal with, prices seem higher than elsewhere, and the service department has (or had) workmanship issues. In the past they twice provided equipment service to us. First they put a chain on backwards after servicing a chainsaw, and then they put all three blades on a mower upside down. When called to inform them, (being professional, nice, and didn't ask for a refund) I felt he response from the owner was defensive, rude and that she implied that I may have done it myself to complain. Really?!?! Who does that?!?! More so, who would think that someone else would do that?!?! Like a customer is going to pay them for repairs, yank mower blades, flip them upside down, reinstall them, and then phone to make a reasonable and calm complaint?!?! WOW!! Their audacity runs deep with outrageous claims, huh? Likewise, they have a bad reputation with our yard service personnel and every local contractor we've used. Several contractors have told me they drive miles out of their way to patron other equipment suppliers. In my personal dealings, I found them to be less competitive, possessing a bad attitude, inappreciative and projecting a condescending demeanor which many customers tend to find offensive.
